SCHEDULE TEST DRIVE

Overview

The Porsche 911 is prepared to provide a thrilling and rewarding driving experience for every driver who finds themselves behind the iconic logo. It shares the same front design as the 718 Boxster and Cayman models, but turn to the rear and you’ll find the engine is hung outside of the rear axle, making this model truly unique the world over.

The base 911 Carrera starts at $91,100.* If you should find yourself admiring the top-of-the-line GT3 trim, you'll be happy to hear it has earned a refreshed engine, optional six-speed manual transmission, revised suspension, and aerodynamic improvements for the new model year. In addition, every model in the 911 lineup has received an improved cabin air filter, updated color options, and standard first-year scheduled maintenance.

Porsche understands that not every outing is an adventure. But when you command the 911 from the driver’s seat, every drive sure will feel like one.

The Perfect Ride for…

Anyone searching for a pure driving experience. With pleasing performance and a sleek interior, this model is the quintessential vehicle for sailing across beautiful back roads or zipping across town on the highway. Its sporty design and smaller size indicate that the Porsche 911 wasn’t made for hauling supplies or a large group—but isn’t that the beauty of it? Escape reality every time you get behind the wheel.

Drive & Handling

The Porsche 911 lineup has a multitude of trims, each providing their own driving experience. Choose the 911 Carrera for rear-wheel drive, a seven-speed manual transmission, and up to 370 horsepower, or select the Carrera 4 for all-wheel drive and wider fenders. Any model denoted with an “S” will house a twin-turbo 3.0-liter engine under the hood capable of producing up to 420 horsepower, while Turbo models can put out as much as 540 horsepower. If you’re looking for a vehicle to take to the track, the GT3 is your best option.

Whichever trim you select, you’ll enjoy lightning-fast speeds, firm braking, responsive steering, and intuitive handling, making every drive an experience. With its combination of trims, lightweight engineering, and performance-enhancing options, the Porsche 911 was made for sporty jaunts around town or across the country.

Key Features

Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK)

This optional 7-speed gearbox is available in both manual and automatic and delivers uncompromised power by utilizing a double-clutch arrangement to minimize lag during gear changes to an unnoticeable fraction of a second.

Porsche Communication Management (PCM)

A high-resolution touchscreen serves as the control center for your infotainment and driving information. Connect your iPhone® or audio device, operate Bluetooth®, and utilize the Porsche Jukebox to play your favorite songs. With a CD/DVD drive, SD card input, USB outlet, and auxiliary input, your options for in-drive entertainment are nearly endless.

Luggage Compartment

While 14.2 cubic feet of cargo space may not sound like much, the 911 has a folding rear seat that functions as a luggage shelf when folded down. With built-in versatility like this, you can pack a bag for a day trip or make room for groceries.

Alternative Options

The Porsche Cayman and Panamera are great options for drivers who are looking for a sporty ride. While the 911 packs more performance, the Panamera is an athletic four-door model that rides slightly taller to provide more room for drivers and passengers. Take the muscular Cayman out for a spin and see if you prefer its wider stance and shorter length. Be sure to note the innovative storage solutions in this smaller model.
