Porsche 718 Boxter & Cayman: A Farewell
The Porsche 718 Cayman and 718 Boxster are entering their final model year, with production scheduled to end after 2025. That makes right now one of the last chances to claim a brand-new 718 before these modern classics transition into Porsche legend. Inspired by the original race-bred 718 cars of the late ’50s and early ’60s, today’s models deliver that same spirit through a mid-engine layout, sharp handling, and daily-friendly comfort.
The Cayman offers a classic coupe shape and an automatically deploying rear spoiler, while the Boxster brings open-top excitement with a quick, power-operated soft top. With power up to 394 horsepower, both models remain some of the purest sports cars Porsche builds. Catch one before they’re gone.
Cayenne Electric: Performance Meets Electrified Power
The upcoming Porsche Cayenne Electric marks a major leap forward for Porsche’s flagship SUV. Drawing on technology developed in the brand’s Formula E racecars, it blends motorsport engineering with everyday capability. Its advanced electric powertrain delivers strong performance, impressive efficiency, and exceptional energy recuperation, giving drivers instant response and long-range confidence. Fast charging capability adds major convenience, with high-speed stations adding significant range in minutes. Porsche will also introduce wireless home charging for simple, cable-free daily use. Inside, the Cayenne Electric debuts a reimagined cabin built around comfort and connectivity, highlighted by a sweeping new digital display and refined materials. After years of testing in extreme climates and on legendary hillclimbs, the Cayenne Electric is set to open an exciting new chapter for Porsche SUV drivers.
Porsche Communication Management
Porsche is elevating its in-car tech experience for the 2026 911, Taycan, Panamera, and Cayenne. The latest update to Porsche Communication Management introduces faster hardware, smoother performance, and more capabilities. A new App Center lets drivers access a wide range of third-party apps directly through the touchscreen, bringing the system closer to the convenience of a smartphone. Porsche is also adding Amazon Alexa as an additional voice assistant, making it easier to manage smart-home devices, play music, or ask for information without taking your hands off the wheel. Premium audio systems from Bose and Burmester now support Dolby Atmos for a richer, more immersive sound experience. Every model also includes the Porsche Connect package for 10 years, giving owners long-term access to connected features.
